INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

POLİMİNA KOMPOZİT A.Ş. takes the highest possible security measures to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored, and shared in compliance with the law and to protect your privacy.

Our purpose, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law No. 6698”) and in line with your satisfaction, is to inform you in the most transparent way about how your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing, the parties with whom it is shared, the legal grounds, and your rights.

1. a) Data Controller

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, your personal data will be collected and processed by POLİMİNA KOMPOZİT A.Ş. (“COMPANY”), acting as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

1. b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The COMPANY may collect personal data from customers, employees, potential customers, job applicants, business partners, website and store visitors, and suppliers, including identity information, contact information, customer information, customer transaction information, transaction security information, legal transaction and compliance information, and marketing/sales information.

Your collected personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• Providing COMPANY products and services, fulfilling our obligations, preparing records and documents, complying with local and international legal requirements including data retention, reporting, notification, tax, and other obligations
• Conducting sales and marketing activities aimed at improving service and product quality
• Communication for IT requirements, system infrastructure, IT support services, and providing necessary information regarding services and products
• Conducting CRM activities for sales and marketing operations
• Measuring and improving customer satisfaction, managing complaints, collecting feedback and suggestions, receiving error reports, and providing information regarding products, services, complaints, and requests
• Ensuring product shipment through logistics cooperation with third parties, customer portfolio management, service quality measurement and improvement, communication, optimization, auditing, risk management, and control
• Fulfilling legal obligations regarding data retention, reporting, and notifications required by public authorities
• Managing the COMPANY’s commercial and business strategies, including finance operations, communication, market research, corporate social responsibility activities, purchasing operations (requests, offers, evaluation, orders, budgeting, contracts), internal system and application management, and legal operations
• Reviewing, evaluating, and responding to requests from public authorities or individuals

All processing is carried out within the scope of Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

1. c) Transfer of Personal Data and Purposes

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes stated above, to:

• COMPANY business partners, shareholders, and affiliates
• Persons or organizations permitted under the Turkish Commercial Code, Turkish Code of Obligations, and other legislation
• Legally authorized public institutions and authorities
• Service providers and partner organizations used for analysis, advertising, CRM, logistics, communication, and similar services
• Courier companies delivering orders placed through our online store

Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.

ç) Methods and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through channels such as stores, websites, mobile applications, call centers, and social media accounts, as well as future channels.

Data is processed based on legal grounds such as:

• Performance of a contract
• Explicit legal requirement
• Data being made public by you
• Necessity for establishment, exercise, or protection of a legal right
• Legitimate interests of the COMPANY, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed
• Compliance with legal obligations

11. d) Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 of Law No. 6698

As data subjects, if you submit a request to the COMPANY using the methods below, your request will be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days.

Responses up to 10 pages are free of charge. For each additional page, a fee of 1 Turkish Lira may be charged. If the response is provided via electronic media (CD, USB, etc.), the cost will not exceed the cost of the storage medium.

You have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information if processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or internationally
• Request correction of incomplete or incorrect data and notification of third parties
• Request deletion or destruction of data when legal grounds no longer exist and notification of third parties
• Object to results arising from automated processing
• Request compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing

Application Procedure

Requests must be submitted in Turkish and in writing, or via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or an email address previously registered in the COMPANY system.

Your application must include:

• Name, surname, and signature (if written)
• Turkish ID number or passport/ID number for foreign nationals
• Address for notification
• Contact information (email, phone, fax if available)
• Subject of the request
